How we use your information
Kinetique (Pty) Ltd, trading as Kinetique Ai (“we”), is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, who handles it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
When you submit the request form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your organisation
- Your role
- Your work email address
- The message you write
When you submit the form, our server also uses a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address to limit repeated submissions. We do not use it for anything else.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your request and to discuss the services you ask about. We do not sell your information. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your permission.
Providing this information is voluntary. Without it, we cannot respond to your request.
Who handles it
Your request is emailed to us through this website. We use the following providers, who handle information on our behalf:
- Our web hosting and email provider, which hosts this website and our email on servers in London, United Kingdom.
- Google, which supplies the font used on this website. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google, which receives your internet address and browser details.
Because our hosting servers are in the United Kingdom, your information is sent outside South Africa. We do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website uses an encrypted connection.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using your information
